Nine grenades have been discovered near the Hulftsdorp court premises. Two have been discovered from near the DIG office with the rest discovered from the Mihindu Mawatha in Keselwatta, Army spokesman Brigadier Nihal Hapuarachchi said.
The grenades were found after receiving a tipoff and the STF have been deployed for further investigations.
Tomorrow (Feb. 08) marks the end of the second year since the imprisonment of former Army commander Sarath Fonseka.
